Glenda Hill, MBA
Glenda Hill retired from a 35 year banking career in the Portland / Southwest Washington region. In January, 2015 she formed Fore-Ward Healthcare Solutions, helping healthcare organizations and providers drive their strategic initiatives. Her transition from banking to healthcare came naturally. In 2004 Glenda started the healthcare niche for First Independent Bank. Having had no prior experience in healthcare, she self-taught and in 2007 enrolled at Portland State University’s healthcare administration program. In 2008 she earned the designation as a Certified Healthcare Administrator.
In 2011 Glenda was accepted into OHSU / PSU’s joint Healthcare Management MBA program and graduated in June, 2014 with a Healthcare Management MBA degree. Glenda is the Vice President of the Nevada Chapter the Healthcare Financial Manager’s Association in addition to serving on the Board of Directors for the Nevada Association of Medical Products Suppliers. Before moving to Reno, evada, she served on the Board of Directors for Columbia River Mental Health Services, Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital Foundation, and Pan Zoe, a direct patient care organization, providing primary care for the working poor. When not working or serving not-for-profit organizations, Glenda can be found golfing at The Club at Arrowcreek. She lives in Reno, Nevada with her husband Ken.
